Basketball is my #1. As a sophomore, I tried out and made the Division 1 UConn Men’s Basketball team. Well, the practice team (way less impressive) and wrote about my experience.
Dr. Gina Barreca, an award-winning UConn professor of feminist humor and (more importantly) former Oprah guest, invited me to collaborate on her weekly column in The Hartford Courant. I happily obliged.
Did you know I have a math degree? Of course not, why would you know that. I co-wrote a math research paper that was published in SIAM, an online math journal. I don’t expect you to click this one, but thought the context might be interesting.
